Recycling

Recycling programs are an important part of ensuring a better future for coming generations. Total Plaza is committed to reducing waste and offers the following services:

Nightly desk-side & kitchen bin recycle collection by Janitorial. Common items to recycle include plastic & aluminum beverage cans, office paper, paper/plastic food containers, tin food cans.

E-Waste events

TotalEnergies Tower hosts semi-annual E-Waste events in the spring and fall. Items that can be recycled from home or work include computers, DVD players, printers, radios, monitors and much more. Further E-Waste pick-ups outside of the events above can be scheduled by contacting the Management Office.

Green Team program

TotalEnergies Tower offers quarterly "Green Team" meetings hosted by our Recycling & Sustainability consultant. These meetings provide additional recycling education while also teaching Tenants how to encourage best practices and develop goals within their own companies.

Service requests

We deliver the highest quality of services to our tenants. By utilizing the Angus Anywhere software platform to respond to tenant service requests, our customer service representatives manage service and maintenance requests 24/7.

Whether a light is out, or experiencing a power issue, dealing with a small spill or a large leak, tenants can be assured that their service requests will be resolved quickly and thoroughly. Available in app, online and by phone, submitting service requests is quick and simple.

Fire, life & safety

Our security teams are led by professionals with years of frontline experience in security, policing and fire protection and prevention. Know that when you’re at TotalEnergies Tower we have your safety and security in mind. We’ve already thought of what could go wrong be it fire, theft or pandemic and planned for it. So you don’t have to.

The City of Houston Fire Marshall requires certification training for every designated Fire Warden. Brookfield Properties offers an online certification training program allowing tenants to train their Fire Wardens at no cost.

If you are a first-time user, you will need to have your company’s specific registration code. If you do not have the code, check with your office manager or contact Brookfield Properties fire safety coordinator at John.Gomez@brookfieldproperties.com.

Once the certification training is completed, the Fire Warden will receive a PDF version of the Fire Marshall Certificate.

Parking at TotalEnergies Tower

Our collection of parking amenities is designed to ensure a comfortable start and end to the work commute. Bright and spacious parking garage and bike storage facilities, complimentary services, and eco-friendly options, will welcome patrons to a whole new class of parking.

Entrance to the TotalEnergies Tower garage is located on Louisiana Street and is clearly marked by the parking sign. Monthly parking rates can be obtained by contacting the SP+ garage office. Rates are subject to change periodically.

Entrance to the 1225 Louisiana garage is located by entering the surface lot from the Milam Street entrance. Surface parking is both self-service and valet, and hourly and daily parking rates are clearly marked. Garage parking is under the surface lot and is clearly marked. Monthly parking rates can be obtained by contacting the SP+ garage office. Rates are subject to change periodically.

SP+ handles all routine matters including the issuance of parking access cards. Issues with regard to service and courtesy should be addressed with the parking office.

Pedestrian traffic on the garage entrance ramp is prohibited for the safety of all concerned.
