We deliver the highest quality of services to our tenants. By utilizing the Angus Anywhere software platform to respond to tenant service requests, our customer service representatives manage your service and maintenance requests 24/7.

How to submit a service request

With just a few easy steps you can submit a request for building service.
Log into axiis with your personalized username and password to begin the process.

In app

  1. Locate the Workplace resource section on the app home screen
  2. Tap the Service requests button
  3. Click New service request to submit a new request.
  4. Fill out all the necessary contact and building information fields.
  5. Select your Request category and Request type items.
  6. Write a short description of the issue.
  7. Press Submit request.

To check a previously submitted request, tap on the More options menu on the top right corner of the Service request home page.
